We have made our name in Real Estate by ALWAYS doing what is best for the client. Even if that means doing nothing at the moment.
Trained in Luxury Listings and New Construction, I love to take unique approaches to drawing attention to homes.

WHY?? Why do people want me to sell their house when there are so many Realtors?
Simple.
We INVEST in each listing. We set a budget for each house to come out of our pockets. We pay for Maids, Carpet Cleaning and Professional Photography on every house we sell. The rest of the budget goes towards additional marketing to include Social Media, Postcards, Magazine spreads, email push campaigns and more.
IF a house needs window cleaning or minor repairs, we have even been known to help with that out of the budget.

The housing market is in a state of flux right now. Buyers are still active but not able to afford as much as they could last year. For the same payment, they have to understand that they will get less house. Sellers must also flex more and realize that buyers are stretching their buying dollars and therefore don't want to be faced with repairs after the purchase.
